‘Rizz’ is the dating buzzword of 2023, meaning “how good you are with pulling and sustaining bitches” per the Urban Dictionary. Figures like Baby Gronk and Pete Davidson have been praised in the past for their effortless rizz, but now a new rizz king has entered the fray: Everyone’s favorite resident science guy, Bill Nye. Sometimes you just can’t say no to facts.

In two videos published on Thursday by 2011’s playmate of the year Claire Sinclair, Nye is posted up in a hotel hallway spitting game as Sinclair walks by.

“Bill Nye has always been that guy,” one viewer commented.

The adult theme is a hilarious twist for a figure who will always be associated with children’s shows, but these videos are not the first time Nye has been filmed around women. In 2017, a viral Snapchat video in Las Vegas showed Bill joining an elevator full of scantily clad vacationers.

But the motivation behind the Claire Sinclair crossover is shrouded in mystery.

“I need to know the exact order of events that lead to this moment,” Jim James commented.

“Everything started and ended for science,” Sinclair replied.

Despite being posted yesterday on Sinclair’s TikTok page, the same videos can be found on Tumblr and Imgur as far back as 2018.

“She's got some stuff worthy of scientific research. Just ask Bill Nye,” the user zairewyoming posted along with this photo. The model and the TV personality appear to be friends somehow. 

Playboy wrote a feature on Bill Nye back in 2017, but that piece didn’t seem to come with any meet and greet the playmates aspect to it. I suppose Bill Nye really does just have that unspoken rizz.

“He had a hypothesis. He tested it. And confirmed the hypothesis,” Aaron commented. “That’s the scientific method at its finest.”
